ICT Guide for Decision Makers
From NGOPedia
| ICT Guide for Decision Makers |
ICT Guide for Decision Makers is a wiki booklet to guide non-technical NGO decision makers in Africa with their decisions on ICT. This is not a technology training, but a guide for making technology decisions. In this guide we focus on the IT needs of a generic NGO in Africa, what is necessary and available for them - not how to implement technology or technology projects.
This guide is a work in progress - and will always be that way since the available technology options evolve constantly.
